Our service model: NexusAH's monitoring tools are free to use. Advertising and an optional ad-free support subscription are planned. That subscription will remove ads only; it will not unlock tools, faster scanning, priority alerts, higher tracking limits, or other API-related advantages.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer or privacy rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern access to NexusAH at nexusah.com, its progressive web app at app.nexusah.com, and related monitoring and notification services (the “Service”). “NexusAH,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operators providing the Service under the NexusAH name; “you” means the person using it.
Operator details: the formal company name and business mailing address are being finalized and will be published here when available. NexusAH is the current service name, not a representation that an entity with that legal name has been incorporated. Contact the operators at [email protected].
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms to the extent a binding agreement may be formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use it. The Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information, and the Cookie Policy explains browser storage. Agreement to these Terms is not consent to optional tracking or future recurring payments.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age applicable to your use of the Service. If you cannot legally enter this agreement yourself, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf where the law permits; their agreement cannot override a legal minimum-age requirement. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.
Sign-in is provided through Discord or Google. Use accounts you are authorized to use, keep the information you provide accurate, and protect access to your login provider, devices, and NexusAH session. We do not need your Discord or Google password. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for your own use and for activity you authorize. This does not make you automatically responsible for unauthorized activity caused by a failure on our part or remove rights provided by law.
3. The service and its limits
NexusAH provides digital information, auction-house monitoring, and notifications for supported World of Warcraft regions and realms. It is not a marketplace, game operator, broker, or payment service, and it does not buy, sell, reserve, or execute in-game auctions for you.
Our information depends on Blizzard's published data, processing intervals, and third-party delivery systems. Prices, item variants, availability, and alerts may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. An auction may be sold or withdrawn before you see an alert. Check the actual listing and its attributes in-game before acting; an alert is not a guarantee of availability, value, profit, or delivery time.
The optional Nexus Assistant provides automated support and may make mistakes. It cannot amend these Terms, authorize a payment, or give a binding promise on our behalf. Contact human support when an answer needs confirmation.
NexusAH is independent of Blizzard Entertainment and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard. Your use of Blizzard games and services remains subject to Blizzard's own terms and policies.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You must not:
- Access another person's account or private data without permission, impersonate others, or evade a suspension.
- Introduce malware, spam, fraudulent material, unlawful content, or threats; harass other users or the support team.
- Bypass authentication, security controls, technical usage limits, or access restrictions, or deliberately interfere with service availability.
- Run unauthorized bulk scraping, automated extraction, or requests that impose excessive load. Contact us before integrating automated access outside the features we provide.
- Copy, resell, or reverse engineer protected parts of the Service except as we authorize or applicable law permits.
- Submit content that infringes someone else's rights or use the Service to violate applicable game or platform rules.
- Use a username or profile picture that is hateful, harassing, sexual or explicit, shocking, or that suggests you are NexusAH or Blizzard staff. Usernames and pictures are checked automatically and may be refused, and we may require you to change a username or remove a picture that breaks this rule.
These restrictions do not prohibit exercising privacy rights, declining optional cookies, or using ordinary browser privacy settings. If you find a security issue, report it privately to support without accessing other users' information or disrupting the Service.
5. Advertising and privacy
Advertising is planned but is not currently enabled. If introduced, it will support free access and be subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. An advertisement is not a NexusAH endorsement of the advertiser or its claims.
We will update the advertising disclosures and Cookie Policy before enabling new advertising processing. Consent and opt-out controls will be made available before the processing that requires them begins.
6. Planned ad-free support subscription
The only planned paid subscription is an optional way to support NexusAH and remove ads from the covered NexusAH experience. It will not provide enhanced monitoring, additional API-connected functionality, priority processing, or better notification performance. Removing ads does not remove operational notices, security messages, essential storage, or processing needed to provide the Service.
No current payment authorization: this page does not open a subscription, authorize recurring charges, or state that checkout is available. Before any paid launch, the purchase flow must clearly identify:
- The seller, covered sites or apps, price, currency, taxes, and billing interval.
- Whether payments renew automatically, any trial terms, when charges begin, and how price changes will be communicated.
- How to cancel, when cancellation takes effect, how long ad-free access continues, and the applicable refund and statutory withdrawal rights.
Recurring billing will require a separate affirmative purchase action, not merely acceptance of these Terms. An online subscription will have an accessible online cancellation method; support will also be available if it fails. Applicable renewal notices, cancellation, refund, and consumer withdrawal requirements will be honored. No “all sales final” waiver is created here.
Paid support is not described as a charitable or tax-deductible donation.
7. Your content and intellectual property
You retain any rights you hold in information and content you submit, such as tracking criteria, saved preferences, profile pictures, and support messages. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service. This is not permission to sell your private content or publish your private tracking lists.
You must have the rights needed to submit your content. Personal information is also subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Processing after account closure is limited by the retention purposes explained there.
NexusAH's original software, design, and branding belong to its operators or licensors. Blizzard game data, artwork, names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Using the Service transfers no ownership or third-party rights to you.
8. Third-party services
Features depend on providers including Blizzard, Discord, Google, hosting and network providers, email and push delivery services, and Anthropic for the optional assistant and for automated checks of usernames and profile pictures. Their services may be unavailable or subject to separate terms. Delivery can also depend on your device permissions and provider settings.
We do not control independent third-party websites or their content. This does not exclude our own responsibilities when we select a service provider or process your information.
9. Availability and warranties
We may maintain, update, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service, including when upstream data access changes. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular update frequency. Where practicable, we will communicate material changes affecting ongoing use. Any future paid service remains subject to its purchase terms and mandatory consumer remedies.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. This disclaimer does not exclude statutory guarantees, duties of reasonable care and skill, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, NexusAH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the Service. Subject to the exceptions below, our total liability for a claim or related claims is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Important exceptions: nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law prohibits limitation, or any other liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If consumer law makes an exclusion or cap unenforceable, it does not apply to you to that extent.
11. Third-party claims
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the NexusAH operators against reasonable losses and costs arising from third-party claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the Service, your infringing content, or your material breach of these Terms. This does not cover losses caused by our own breach or misconduct, impose a duty to fund an unrestricted defense, or limit mandatory consumer protections.
We will give reasonable notice of a claim and an opportunity to participate in its response. We will not agree to a settlement imposing an admission or non-monetary obligation on you without your consent.
12. Suspension and account closure
You may stop using the Service at any time. Account closure is available in Settings; contact support if you cannot access it. Closing an account has the effects and retention exceptions described in the Privacy Policy.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, abuse, a compromised account, a legal requirement, or a service discontinuation. Where practicable and appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to respond or correct the issue; urgent security or legal action may require immediate restriction. Contact support to request a review.
Closure does not erase rights or obligations that accrued beforehand. Intellectual-property, liability, and dispute provisions survive only to the extent relevant to those rights or obligations.
13. Governing law and disputes
Colorado law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except that this choice cannot deprive consumers of mandatory protections under otherwise applicable law.
Subject to mandatory jurisdiction and consumer rights, disputes may be brought in the state courts in Boulder County, Colorado, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. This does not require an eligible consumer to give up a right to bring a claim in the courts of their place of residence. In particular, applicable protections for consumers in the EEA, UK, Korea, Taiwan, and elsewhere are preserved.
You can contact support to seek an informal resolution, but doing so is not a precondition to exercising legal rights. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will show the revised date on this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice through the Service or an appropriate contact channel where required, and obtain agreement where the law requires it. Changes do not retroactively authorize payments or optional tracking.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent lawful. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
